- Any issues on the product should be reported to us within 2 days of time from the delivery.
- For any damages of our product, a video must be provided. Without that, we can't accept the return or exchange.
- Slight color changes are expected as each phone screen has its own color resolution.
- Handloom sarees are not eligible for return/exchange.
- If there are blouse size issues, only the blouse can be exchanged.
- Return courier shipping is at the customer's own risk and cost; we do not provide pick up services.
- Products should be returned within a 7-day period.
- Refund will be issued only if we cannot deliver the same product that you have ordered.
