Processing Timeline:
Our order processing time (time from when the order is placed to when it ships out) is 13 business days depending on the volume of orders being filled and all the products ordered are in stock. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders received on weekends will be placed on queue to be shipped the next business days.
Shipping charges:
Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
Shipping to other countries, charges applicable upon selecting the shipment service, please contact us or mail us before placing the order, for shipping charges.
Delivery Timeline:
Most of the orders to India and US are set to arrive within 5 to 10 business days time. We have partnered with trusted shipping
channel DTDC to ensure the orders reach you on time and in best shape. We take care to handpick and protect the product carefully for shipping to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Order Tracking and Insurance
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped along with tracking information if any for your order. We do not
provide insurance for the orders. Please contact us prior to placing an order is you would like to purchase insurance for the same.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with packages. Please double check the shipping address provided. We purchase delivery confirmation on each shipment. If the shipping company confirms that the package was delivered, we will not replace an order. If, for some reason, your package is undeliverable and is returned to us, we will contact you when the package is received. We will request an updated shipping address and will charge the reshipping fees. If you do not want us to reship and would prefer a refund, there is a 15% restock fee + original shipping charge.
